(hide this warning on this page)The OIC offers imaging access to six microscopy systems: (1) a Leica SP8 3X white light inverted laser scanning confocal microscope, (2) a Nikon AXR inverted laser scanning confocal microscope, (3) a Nikon spinning disk laser inverted confocal microscope, (4) Nikon A1R inverted laser scanning confocal microscope, (5) Bruker Ultima two photon and (6) 3i lattice light sheet sheet microscope. Imaging techniques available through the core now include: high resolution microscopy, long-term live cell imaging, two-photon/intravital microscopy, spinning disk confocal imaging, deconvolution, fluorescence spectral detection,FRAP, calcium imaging, and immuno fluorescence.
